What to Expect

Sessions typically involve an initial structural analysis, followed by roughly 60 minutes of table work and a closing discussion to prepare the client to keep the changes made.

What to wear

For men: underwear, athletic shorts, swimsuit.

For women: athletic apparel (shorts & sports bra), two-piece swimsuit, full-coverage underwear & bra.

While this is the typical Rolfing attire, I work with what is comfortable for the client. The most important thing is for the client to feel at ease and comfortable.
