What is Rolfing?

What is the 10 series?

The 10 series is a unique offering in Rolfing Structural Integration. Over the course of 10 sessions, client and practitioner systematically investigate the client’s entire structure on deeper and deeper levels. Together with the practitioner, it becomes a journey of discovery in the client’s own body that brings forth a higher level of order and harmony within.
